There's an old story about Solomon. When he was offered anything he wanted, he didn't ask for wealth or victory. He asked for the ability to understand how reality works — to read the patterns of life, and to act in harmony with them. That request is the beginning of real wisdom. Because whether you call the order behind life divine, or natural law, or simply the way things work — the recognition is the same. Life is patterned. And once you can read those patterns, everything changes.
